Tracy Morgan – You Can’t be Black

I love Tracy Morgan, and this video really shows his true talent. Long video (almost 10 mins), but the best part starts 26 seconds in and goes for about a minute.
I first caught this on the local 93x morning show and found it on YouTube based on a search for “break Puerto Rican guys arm for sweat pants money.”
Basically this video is just Tracy Morgan improvising several lines about the differences between races. Hilarity ensues.

Have you ever broke a Puerto Rican dude’s arm for sweat pants money? Then you can’t be black!
