Charlie and the Apple Factory
Steve Jobs as Willy Wonka? I like it! Can’t go wrong with the best product manufacturer of the past decade with one of the all time great movies.
What is the magic behind Apple? Go on the factory tour ride and find out.

It’s been a while since I have posted any funny Jersey Shore Videos, mostly due to a lack of worthy content. For those of you who have been waiting patiently for more video action, wait no longer – here is a great video from the folks at College Humor, depicting our favorite GTL recipients as characters in a Role Playing Game (RPG).
Other than the fact that I’m not sure if the people who regularly watch Jersey Shore actually know what an RPG is, this video is fairly well done and does a good job of combining the funny parts of Jersey Shore and turning it into an 8-bit RPG. Well done College Humor.
If you are into GTL, Vodka + Pickles as a spell, hot tubs, beating the beat and other Jersey Shore lore, I encourage you to check this video out.
Looks like I could create a site entirely based on iphone videos. This one is from Collegehumor where they basically tell you to shove all of your complaints up your ass (literally).
And they make a good point – for all of the complainers out there, what is the alternative? Please humor me with something that’s better, or even remotely close.
Can’t do it, because the iPhone is the best phone out there, even with problems. Hopefully competition will change this (I’m all about competition making everyone/everything better), but until then, let’s just laugh at the accuracy of this video.
This is a very well done video by the college humor team showcasing the similarities seen in nearly every video game on the NES. Basically, super boss has a pep-talk with his minions saying “kill him and I’ll wait here, but make sure you kill him so that he doesn’t get to me” – and as always the minions fail. You really can’t trust anyone in the 8-bit world; not even Mike Tyson.
Great cameos here from many games including Super Mario Bros, Mega Man, Metroid, Star Wars (Darth Vader), Ninja Turtles (Shredder), Wolfenstein 3D (Hitler), Aladdin (Jaffar), and many more.
Great work by the College Humor Team!
During my day job I spend a lot of time tracking Google and the products that they release. When I first saw a video demonstrating Google Wave, I was intrigued by the product and had high hopes for it. Turns out that it just never really caught on for me and I hardly use it anymore (none of my friends were ever on it).
The product has, however, lead to a sub-culture being formed around creating hilarious and well done videos using the product. In the past, I showed you Pulp Fiction’s Marcellus Wallace Scene in Google Wave. I also enjoyed the Google Wave of the Declaration of Independence.
In the same vein as the above parodies, we now have a video from College Humor that parodies Google’s original wave introduction video. They did a great job when you compare it to the screen shot below. Might not be very funny if you’ve never used Google Wave, but worth posting for those who have.
For those of you who haven’t seen the Prank War Videos from College Humor, take a look at our previous post on the subject. Two guys from College Humor (Amir and Streeter) have been engaged in a prank war for the past several years, and each prank gets more and more bold.
This video features Amir getting back at Streeter by scaring the shit out of him during a group skydiving incident. It’s equal parts funny as scary (I would crap my pants if this happened to me).
In the prank, it is staged so that when Streeter pulls the rip cord on his parachute and it comes completely out of the pack. Then he is told that the safety chute won’t handle his weight, so they are going to fall to their death.
Pretty scary scenario if it were real… fortunately, he’s just getting pranked by his buddy.
The revenge prank will surely be epic.
This is a very clever use of Google Wave where they take a pivotal scene with Samuel Jackson and visualize it using Google’s new Wave application. I have been using wave for a while now, but never to this level!
I appreciate their use of the application and it’s functionality (embedding videos, pictures, etc. on the fly), and the coordination of the video is top notch.
This video has pictures of Dave Chappelle as Little John and a video clip from the show Double Dare, how could I not post this funny video?
What does Marcellus Wallace look like anyway? I definitely don’t think he looks like a bitch.
I love the movie Boogie Nights, and I have always had a good time quoting the movie. One of my favorite characters is played by Phillip Seymour Hoffman when he was a relative unknown (one of his best characters that wasn’t Brandt on Big Lebowski).
This character is infinitely quotable in his creepiness, and I remember him telling Mark Wahlberg/Dirk Diggler “you look really sexy” and mockingly quoting him all the time with my brother when the movie first came out. The other classic line was after he tried to kiss Dirk Diggler, who did not succumb to his advances, and then sat there in his car hitting himself and saying how stupid he was.
Why am I bringing this up? Well, this gem of a clip put out by the folks at College Humor is pretty much entirely devoted to this part of Boogie Nights. Lots of creepy PSH impersonators here and lots of people making advances when the other person isn’t interested. If you like Boogie Nights, this is a must watch!
This has been in the draft queue since April 16th… Pretty clever video from College Humor. Good execution, funny concept. Not timely anymore since I have been sitting on it for 3 months, but still worth watching.
Apparently my hate for the Snuggie blanket is only matched by the amount of parodies around the Snuggie on the Internet. Here’s College Humor’s attempt at poking fun of the Snuggie. In this video, they introduce:

Pretty good stuff, but I still hate the Snuggie with a passion! I am pretty sure that the Snuggie is a carrier of the H1N1 Swine Flu.
